$40 mill is a great offer for Pac , but its not a good offer for Arum and that is why the fight wont happen Bob wants 50/50 , Arum wants to cash out on Pac and Floyd beating him now wont allow that , Arum wants Pac vs Floyd to be Mannys last fight , then it doesnt matter to Bob whether Pac wins or loses .

ok ill bite. 1.8 mill/2 = 900k. 900k for hbo and 900k to floyd and pac (with an even split) so 450k to floyd and 450k to pac. 450k x $60 (ppv price)= $27 million now add in the gate, guarantees, sponsors and yes, they stand to make over 40 mill.

Nope try again i don't feel like doing the exact math but Bob Arum gets 27.5% of Pacs purse right off the bat so im going to do some deductions you said 450k x 60 = 27 mill - 27.5 percent for Arum - 10% for konz - 10-15% for GBP- a couple mill for freddie roach - 40% taxes he's not gonna be left with hardly nothing. And all that backend money comes in 3 months- 1 year and half after the fight so how is pacquiao going to keep up with it he really cant that's how Arum takes almost all of his back end money if Pacquiao needs some more money Arum gives him advances that he has to pay back with interest but what Pacquiao doesn't know is that's his money to begin with he's making Pac pay him back money that belongs to Pac in the first place i mean it's crazy. Vision Quest told Pacquiao he didn't even get Paid for the clottey fight but i think his guarantee was like 20 mill but you see how pacs purse's with TR are always 6 mill with 20 mill guaranteed or 5 mill with i don't know another number say 15 mill guaranteed well he gets the 6 mill before the fight but you don't get the other 14mill unless the fight reaches certain PPV numbers and overall revenue that Arum wants that's what people don't know. So alot of times he just gets the smaller amount Arum probably lies to him about PPV numbers and overall revenue so he can keep it for himself then when pac gets like 6 mill then 27.5 percent to arum then taxes, then konz, them gbp, he's broke really compared to what he should be making. That's how promoters like ARUM AND DON KING HAVE BEEN ROBBING FIGHTERS EVEN WITH A GUARANTEED PURSE THEY HAVE BEEN DOING IT FOR YEARS.

Then the fighter goes im geeting robbed blind then they wan't to sue but all Arum will do is counter sue and it will stay in the courts for years and with all the millions you would spend on legal fees it's not worth it ask Mayweather it beren 10 plus years and he still hasn't gotten those millions from Arum.

I don't feel like schooling y'all anymore on the business of boxing bottom line is Pacquiao won't make close to 40 million with Arum so his best bet is to leave Arum and take the 40 million and be able to keep most of it.

Yeah, basically what seems to be the problem is that Arum and Mayweather will just keep on fighting on who will take the bigger share away from Pac. The goal here is to give Pac would he would make in the fight and at the same time screw Arum the way he's screwed his fighters.

Firstly Arum isn't worth more than Floyd and Pac combined for nothing, no way can Pac fight and not give Arum a cut .

Secondly if the $40mil is a better deal than 50/50 why won't Floyd do 50/50 ?
