It's a good first offer, especially if that offer doesn't involve whatever Top rank/ Arum , if it's a restrictly Paq offer then it's not bad for a first offer.

If the $40m is such a good offer then why isn't Floyd bitting Uncle Bob's hand off at the $45m offer?

$40m equates to something like a 70/30 split of what the projections say how well this fight will do, and it could even exceed that.

Floyd knows it, Pacquiao knows it and Arum knows it too. This offer from Floyd is to do one thing and one thing only.

TO STOP THE FIGHT FROM HAPPENING

50/50 was agreed before, but now that Manny has agreed to all of Floyd's testing demands, Floyd can't use the take the test excuse so he needs a new one.

Floyd's ducking behavior is embarrassing but some of you guys are far worse for eating up all the BS he dishes out.

Again 40M is a good first offer for Paq alone, If this was a direct offer at Paq and he get 40M without Arum taking anything away from him then that isnt bad, If the offer includes his regular settling of Arum (27.5%) then nope..

Guess you can't understand what a contract means.

And 50/50 was the first offer.

Maybe Floyd took that off the table too, because that could make the fight more likely.
