How come only *******s like you only say something like this AND CLEARLY PACQUIAO AND HIS CAMP SEEM TO KNOW BETTER and say something different?Pacquiao and his team know better to not fight Cotto OR ANYONE ELSE who will beat him at their weight.
ROACH clearly said in an interview that he doesn't want to give his boxer's opponent the edge, therefore they work out a weight limit for Pacquiao's advantage.
Yet somehow all these *******s say that it makes no difference what weight class the fight is, it will be the same result!!!

Arum already confirmed on other websites that Cotto said this, and refuses to meet Pacquiao at 147. And Arum is actually saying Cotto-Mayweather is now a possible fight and pacquiao would fight bradley.

That's fine and all, but what's the point?..I mean I didn't agree with Cotto asking Margarito for 150 and 153 either, it was ******!..but why does Pacquiao have to set up a clause or some type of advantage for himself against Cotto, Margarito and Marquez?..

Cotto could've happened at 147lbs, Margarito was for the JMW strap, and it had to be under team Pacquiao's terms of 150lbs, and Marquez-Pacquiao III could have been at 140lbs since they claim Pacquaio is still too small for 147lbs..but again..it had to favor Pacquiao..it's a shame he's got to set up all these advantages when he could accomplish the same and keep it all fair for both opponents...just sayin
