Who? Bert Sugar? Hardly an objective source. A European boxing historian is likely to have wide variances in opinion with an American one. In the end, these ATG rankings are all just opinion, not fact. It's good to keep that in mind when making bold pronouncements.

Bert Sugar? Come in man, give me a little credit. Sugar is entertaining and Im sure he has extensive knowledge, but his list seem to be made based on his personal favorites rather than who was actually the best.

I disagree with your opinion of "wide variances" between American and European historians. Most respected historians are objective in spite of where they're from. There are some variances, but that's to be expected. I've never seen anything extreme in one direction or the other. If I did I would probably just ignore it.

Until they retire and we see how their comp will be remembered, you're overrating their competition and haven't proved a thing with those numbers you love to provide, but that have been refuted just as easily. But I will admit the guys I rate over the Klits weren't always fighting top comp or each other either. But its the point that their competition was better.
