Floyd, the biggest JOKE! If you want to call out somebody, better be damn sure you are willing to compromise to make the fight happen and not make your fans look bunch of id1ots, believing that you really want make the fight. Any educated human being would know that you Floyd! are full of ****! The *****s are worse because they actually believed you. Floyd's nowhere near Pac's stature to turn down 50/50 split. Arum and Pac, if you pick Cotto then that makes the three of you the top 3 pound for pound Clowns of the year!

As I said before though 50/50 is more than fair...
Arum couldn't "know for sure" because, so far, there are no negotiations going on, and any contacts, (and we have really n o proof of any) have been via "emails" and an alleged
pnone call to which no one I know of was listening in.

Best thing is to begin ignoring the whole raving headlines mess and figure that if the fight happens O.K. and if it doesn't, still O.K. The planet won't atop revolving. I couldn't care less about the fight other than that the outcome may be historically interesting. I get most of my enjoyment (actully not much) from reading the extremely ignorant and utterly ****** posts sent in by cretins, and marvelling at their time-wasting utter idiocy. Boxing fans are unique for wild, exaggerated blarney.

Que? Sells have nothing to do with styles making fights. It has to do with Floyd fighting someone without a big name, while Pac vs. JMM is a fight of two boxing stars. Mayweather brings in more money than Pac on average. People pointing to the last fight simply sound ******.

Any educated person would have wrote that correctly.

Anyway, like I already pointed out, Manny said he would do a 60-40 split. Bob had nothing to say at the time, instead, he came up with a bunch of excuses not to make the fight. When it became all to obvious that Bob and Manny looked like they didn't want to fight, they pull the previous split offer off the table. Anyone would be mad if someone wanted to take $10M+ out of their pocket.

If a fake quote was released on ESPN, Floyd wouldve disputed it by now.

again, Its obvious Arum dont want the fight; but now its obvious floyd dont want it as much as he was sayin, bc he should know 50/50 is necessary for the fight to happen.

Yes, Pac had stated he'd take less than 50%, but we know his team wouldn't allow it, nor should they. Pac's PPV #s have been huge, and 50/50 is really the only way for the fight to happen. Floyd even agreed to 50/50 2 yrs ago, and PAc is a bigger mainstream star since then. At that point Floyd was already huge.

I will keep sayin it. I WILL BOYCOTT ALL PAC AND MAY FIGHTS TIL THEY FIGHT EACH OTHER, AND TRUE BOXING FANS SHOULD DO THE SAME!
If you'd read the previous posts and news releases you'd have seen that MannyP did not say he waould take "less than 50% He said "a lesser purse", meaning less than he was wanting before, which could have been any given percentage. Probably, since he has the bigger world wide reputation, greater than 50%.

I would be very nervous for Cotto against Alvarez at this point in his career. Why isn't Cotto fighting one of the real dudes @ 54? It's quite obvious that Arum is cashing in on Cotto with his in house pet.
