The real manny would fight Floyd in a second. This fake good guy manny is letting ARum make him look like a *****!
well atleast we can blame another person for making Manny look bad.

Floyd on the other hand makes himself look bad...very bad

Arum is so full of it. I’m a neutral fan not leaning to one side or the other, but it’s obvious what Arum is doing here. He knows that Mayweather will pick apart his prized cash cow and make him look bad in the ring so he’s just trying to milk ol’ Manny for as many dollars as possible and pin the blame on Mayweather for the fight not happening sooner before setting up an old-man contest between May and Pac 2 years from now. Arum and promoters in general always have a LONG TERM agenda and stick to it.

What is wrong with the MGM? Oscar and Felix fought at the Mandalay Bay and that was billed as the “fight of the decade”. Arum is just spilling excuse after excuse.

I just hope that Mayweather calls his bluff and agrees to a late May date, but I believe Arum will just come up with something again.

Mayweather made the May 5 date months ago, why should he have to change it?

C’mon Pac, you’re looking bad here. Demand that the old man adheres to your commands and order the old buzzard to give you May 5.

First the stadium would hold 45,000, then 40,000, now only 38,000, and Arum still insists that he's going to gross an extra $25 million.

That means he has to charge $1,500.00 each for those 20,000 additional cheap seats. I just don't see how he could get that much for the nose-bleed seats.

He would have to charge $5,000.00 for ringside, $4,000.00 for the lodge and $3,000.00 for mid level. He can't charge the same for the cheap seats as he does for ring-side seats, can he?

I think the prices will likely be $1,500.00 for ringside then go down from there. The cheap seats should go for about $100.00, which would be an additional 2 million dollars if he got a sell out.

It just doesn't add up for me.

Ringside seats will be well above $5,00. ODh/Bhop ringside seats in 2003 were $3,500 for comparison.

Of course you and all of us with any sense know the extra seats can't generate $25 mil but the idiotic pac fans just say yeah Bob is right more money!

Blah blah blah what you guys know about this anyway? Arum said already that the venue is being built/sponsored by two large hotel groups from Las Vegas, and I'm pretty sure they will put up a good chunk of money for a guarantee to have the biggest fight possible staged there as an opening fight, ideally Pac-Floyd. There have been information that the guarantee would be $20 million $ for each Pac and Floyd regardless of gate. That's pocket change compared to what a fight like this will attract in terms of guests and customers at casinos, business meetings and so on. Unfortunately Floyd already has a GBP bum lined up for May 5th and cannot move the date anymore. Amateurish.
