Of course you and all of us with any sense know the extra seats can't generate $25 mil but the idiotic pac fans just say yeah Bob is right more money!
The problem here is that this new, temporary stadium will be built in a dusty parking lot. It will have bleacher sitting, temporary restrooms and a severe lack of concession stands. Also, those extra seats will be between 50 and a 100 yards from the temporary ring.

Who the hell would pay a grand to sit in bleachers that far away from the ring.

    It doesn't make sense.

The judge stopped granted him a stay to fight on May 5th. To come back and ask for a change of date? That would be a hard sell.

The judge granted him a stay untill June 1st. What difference would it make if he fought any other time before that?

In other words, a bunch of time wasting bull**** that could be end up being for nothing.
He just has to turn up on June 1. Why would have to go Back to the judge?

Until June 1st. Because he had a fight on May 5th. That's the legal agreement which is keeping him out of jail. He'd have to go before the judge again. And hope the judge acquiesces.

This is abnormal that 2 best fighters in the world want to fight, but 80 years old Arum stands in the way of organizing battle which everyone wants to watch. I think that Floyd will fight on 5 of May with Canelo and Pacman will fight in June with Cotto. Floyds fight might be intresting but Pacman vs Cotto II this will be a great boredom.

The judge didn't just give him "freedom" until June 1st. He was granted that stay because he informed the judge that he had financial obligations (a fight) on May 5th.

Thats all Im asking. Mayweather began the negotiation in public with a set date/venue. They knew Arum wasn't gonna just concede to that. This whole ***** is all about ego. Which is why its never happening.

                      How did they know that?
