The thing is Fight the man and the proper weight and stop the BS. Manny is looking like a b*tch, I mean, every freaking advantage has to be in his favor to take on a dangerous opponent, thats freaking sad!!

I agree with what you said about Canelo!
That is " manny-weight "..... and yep, it is lame as hell.

*** Pacquiao, I support real fighters.

Cotto would be a fool if he accepted this (unless he's in it for only $). Hopefully he realizes he has other options and says no and we won't have to waste the first part of the year with a pointless fight.
Wow, smart-pills do work, give some to that Death idiot.

why the **** should pacman go to 154 to fight cotto? pacman is a light welter or welter at max. he does not need the cotto fight, cotto is the one who is challenging the p4p number 1 for his crown.

pac wont fight at 154 the same reason floyd wont fight someone like martinez at 154, he is a welterweight

Plus, this fight is bs, cotto is a free agent, he is not forced to do anything, he obviously asked top rank for another pacman fight, thats right, HE HAS requested THIS fight, not the other way around. You want to take the crown from the top dog, you have to come to him, not the other way around

Hopefully pac finds his brain and starts putting his legacy first by fighting bradley instead

Hey, I want to fight you, I am sure you are wondering who I am and laughing. But I want to fight you, so because I want the fight, I want you to come to me instead of me coming to you....

catch my drift bud? cotto wants this fight.

if pacs wants to fight someone at 154, he would jump to that weight class

Now hopefully this fight won't happen. No need for a rematch of a one sided initial beatdown...

I am sure this fight will not happen, I certainly would not buy it, nobody needs this fight, the last one was a one sided bloody beat down of cotto, nothing has changed. Expect, cotto would be able to protect himself a bit better

Floyd also called out the Prince to fight him at a catch-weight of 128. The Prince didn't want any of Floyd "don't call me Jr" at the time of course.

And, at the end of the day there isn't anything wrong with catch-weight in this era. It's not like the old days. Now you get a whole day to re-hydrate yourself to a healthy weight.
That is absolutely absurd, some of you guys should be ashamed of yourselves..... what a fkn ridiculous thing to say.

Back in the day there were 8 divisions, now there are 17....... so NOW, there is NO JUSTIFICATION WHATSOEVER for needing a catchweight.

Back in the day a small welter would be out-weighed by 20 lbs if he fought a large MW, that simply cannot happen now, so catch-weights have no place at all in the modern game.

Surely that hypejob Pacquiao can find a division that suits him ?

Armstrong would p1ss himself if he read your post.

                      Absurd.

I got a better idea, keep those opinions to yourself, as well as any other "idea's" that you may have that will achieve absolutely nothing other than further devalue standards within the sport of boxing.

Sorry, we seem to be getting on as of late, but I cannot listen to comments like that without reacting...... don't tell me that you did not expect to cop some flak for trying to justify catch-weights.
