The court thing is virtually contingent on the date. As far as the venue, if he's contractually bound to it on May 5, and it's been reserved for him on their behalf turning down other offers in the process, only to have him reschedule, would he not be liable for that possible loss?

Fu(k Floydie. Arum has done all he could. If Floydie has any balls he would build the stadium and make the fight in June. He could always sneak out of jail like Frank Morris and sneak back in after the fight is over. Floydie is once again ducking the wapacman. Stop making up excuses Floyd and make the fight in June you coward!!!!!

Mayweather, who is scheduled to return on May 5th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas - will have to agree to a date in late May - but Arum is willing to bend on the venue. Arum will back away from his plan of an outdoor venue and stage the fight at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

Arum.... Pompus until the end.... what bull**** is he trying to dish now!

Bob... let me clue you in to something that you dont think us working stiffs know....

"The Boss is never guaranteed anything but what he makes happen on his own!!

Mayweather is his own boss and doesn't need to guarantee his half of the purse to anybody but himself... and you stating that you need a guarantee he can cover his half of the purse is bull****. Just another way to distract from the issue that Pac has told you he wants the fight and you work for him!!

PREDICTION: FLOYD TAKE 50/50 AND FIGHT HAPPENS IN MAY (with you paying any change fees required by MGM for moving the date from May 5 to later in the month!!)

Boxing Fans.... we have a fight!!

No, again I'm not speaking about the court date. But, no he has had a hold on a date before. March 13, 2010 to be exact. Which made Pac go to Dallas. And, then Floyd fought on May 1st instead. there was no liability of a loss at all.

He just has it on hold. In reality there is no contract if there is no opponent. Just like MGM held the March 13, 2010 date for him. Floyd can easily move the date like he did then. However, why should he? And, plus I don't know about the court situation.
