For the people claiming that Mayweather has a fight signed already.

Are you saying that Mayweather knew for a 100% fact his sentance was getting pushed back today?

      I find that doubtful.

I also find it doubtful that he has an opponent as we speak. I imagine he will sign to fight someone within the next week, whoever that may be.

I guess its true, get ready for Floyd vs a ****ing 21 year old ginger mexican in May...fml! Watch this be the fight Floyd loses too, I never wanna see Floyd lose but the irony of going 42-0 just to lose to Canelo is too much LOL
Dude floyd would school Alvarez and maybe stop him late.
No way Alvarez beats Floyd Mayweather.

i thought he just added month OLD quotes of schafer.......but you're right. the writer didn't quote anything directly from schafer when pertaining to potential may 5th opponents LOL............

he just added his own personal opinion of who mayweather would fight & went on to quote schafer talking about arum.

            this is just sad LOL...............

it's good for canelo because he's stepping up big time but on floyd's side it's gonna be very bad...that's what people are concerned about.

He's allowed to sign a contract with a clause stating that if his sentence doesn't get pushed back then the contract is no longer valid...so yeah he can make the fight and use that to pressure the court to give him the delayed sentence. If he's announcing the fight next week...it was probably done weeks ago already
