According to Golden Boy Promotions CEO, Richard Schaefer, both HBO and Showtime are being considered to handle the pay-per-view aspect. The two fighters being considered for Mayweather, according to Schaefer, are Saul "Canelo" Alvarez and Robert Guerrero.

Highly doubt Floyd would fight Canelo at a catchweight after publicly criticizing Manny and Floyd having fought Oscar at 154 years ago. There is absolutely no way that nobody loser Guerrero is going to be the next opponent.
