Cotto-Mayweather...Sure, I'd watch it... but the outcome is obvious, which is boring.

      Right.

You would like to see, YOU....Now why is that?

Well in that case and using that logic lets just have Floyd fight Senchenko...Why not? Yea it's a mismatch that Floyd will win but he needs to prove it in the ring. And, it would unify the titles and you wanna see boxing. So lets make that happen.

If there's no Pac for Floyd I would like to see him fight Martinez...I want to see Cotto in good match ups like against a Kirkland, a Lara, hell even a Canelo, maybe a JCC Jr match up...those type fights against opponents closer to his level.
Said exactly what i wanted to say but was too lazy to type it out.

I wouldn't mind Cotto-Mayweather if it was on HBO. But I'm not shelling out to watch that on PPV- no one should. And that's the problem with matches like that. It's not worth it.

But thats the whole point of fights like these, to make it a PPV fight.

Your skills are irrelevant, just your name is. Hence why PPV fights lately have been duds.

There is a good relationship with Arum, but he wishes to make more fights, and wishes to fight with other promotions also. So he will negotiate fights one-by-one and represent himself.

"Very few boxers can afford this luxury. Those who do are without a doubt the main eventers of their PPVs", said Peñagarícano.

If this is true he's made the smartest move of his life and he isn't even as big a draw as Pacquiao. This guy will really make some money now that he's eliminated the middle man. I guess Oscar and Floyd have taught him a lesson about how best to maximize your career in a sport that too often leaves its champions broken and bankrupt at the end of their careers.

God, if only Manny had the cojones to think for himself and stand up to Arum we'd be seeing all kinds of fights.

Boxing isn't losing anything to the UFC.

Who am I hating on now? First you said I was "d ridin" now I'm hating.

I sound like Larry Merchant? Tell me again how Floyd hasn't fought a top WW and ducked every single significant WW while Cotto been on a good run beating top comp recently. Go on...

Floyd-Cotto on HBO? Sure, put it on, I will watch it. Nice little tune up for Floyd as soon as he gets out of jail...On PPV? It's garbage, it's really whack. How can anyone want that?

We know it will be on PPV. Nah...I pass.

Actually its fans like you are the reason boxing is losing ground to UFC.

In UFC they have the best fight the best.

Boxing, you cherry pick your way to the top, and fight guys with big names that they shouldnt be fighting at all, then the fight turns into a dud, and turns people off boxing.
