All the years of hard work have paid off for Cotto.He's in a very good situation financially.Id sign with GB,if ppl think Cotto is shot then its a good tune up for floyd coming out of jail.Cotto is a better stiffer tune up then all the other ones Floyd has had.I would love a unification against Canelo.

Seriously??? The guy didnt win a round, Cotto outclassed him and bust him up in the process. Miguel had plentry left in the tank, certainly enough to see out the final few rounds against a guy with one eye who hadn't put in any good work to wear Miguel down throughout the early goings and wasnt about to turn things around with one punch either as he has never been that type of fighter and now with no plaster it defo wasnt gonna happen... Let it go buddy the best man won and order was restored!

Marg wasn't gonna do sh__ but have his eye hanging out of it's socket. I wasn't impressed w/ Cotto's performance in that fight, but clearly he outboxed Marg, just like the first fight; and that shows you what caliber of fighter Cheato is, "junk". Yeah he's junky, good chin, little skill.

IMHO Cotto needs to go back to 147 (he's a little dude), and f**k that catch-weight bs; and he needs a better conditioning coach b/c he has been looking gassed lately.

I think him and Maynever would be a good fight because Floyd is not a busy fighter, and that would give Cotto a chance to work, it would be a toss up. Canelo and chavez jr. are too big, I don't like either of those fights.

Floyd seemed to be pretty busy to me in his last couple of fights don't know what you were watching floyd never fights the same way the way cotto gasses he wouldn't beat mayweather at 47

Ditch Top Rank Cotto. Arums never had Cottos best interest at heart. Top Rank and the WBO railroaded him last time during the negoiations. Tell Slob Arum to kick rocks.

I don't agree with that. Cotto's fought the best of the best and has made a name for himself with the help of Top Rank. Love or hate Arum, Top Rank has brought up great fighters throughout the years. There's no denying that. I'm not sure what more Golden Boy could've done besides a Mayweather fight, which in itself isn't a guarantee either.

Either u'r delirious or just a hater cause niether Chavez Jr or Canelo haven't fought ANY of the top tear fighters of their division, all they have fought are journeyman,TOMATO CANS & smaller fighters & at times they haven't even looked good against them..Chavez Jr has even looked bad to the point that the other fighter was the one that got robbed like it was the case when he fought journeyman Matt Vanda 2 times & in Canelo's case he got rocked by a way smaller(at the time 3 division smaller) José Cotto & against Alfonso Gomez(who Cotto pounded & had down 3 times before stopping him in the 5th) Canelo looked bad, Gomez was taking it to him & when Canelo landed a few shots they GAVE him a TKO on a B U L L S H I T stoppage..So to say these 2 HYPE JOBS will send Cotto to Kindom come is just crazy & it's EVEN CRAZIER to say Margacheato was gonna KO Cotto after the 9th..¿Did u even see that fight!? Arum did a great job with Cotto coming up, brought along perfectly imo. In Recent years though i feel he has wanted one of his other fighters to make his name beating Miguel as he thinks Cotto is spent but however u look at it Arum (who i hate) has gotten Cotto good money fights and titles

I think Miguel wants the Manny fight bad and is trying to keep that alive but knows his other best options are not Top Rank guys and Bob only seems to promote ALL Top Rank fights these days
