Cotto is IMHO, the best at 154 right now. Who beats him? Canelo who struggled on Gomez? And who looks like more of a beast bc of his comp, not that he probably isnt one, but we'd all have to agree, Cotto would be his greatest challenge by a landslide. Kirkland the no chin great? That dude is not catching Cotto with those wide shots, Judah was a tuff fight and Cotto handled that. His jab stops Kirklands BS. His jab will also give Martinez problems, though the name wasn't dropped. Cotto is a way better fighter than Barker, if people think that Cotto wouldn't have a chance at 154 vs Martinez they fanboys. Cotto's no slouch. Margs is tuff with or without plaster and got handled accordingly. Cotto busted his nose in the 2nd. Other eye was ****** up too. That dude, Ray, you're bugging out homie. Cotto stood inside way longer in this fight, eating uppercuts and little punches that Margs was crushing him with in the 1st fight. Cotto boxes, he didn't run away like he did before, he wasn't forced to. Margs lost his effective pressure. You call it shot, I call it plasterless. Floyd and Manny can beat Cotto but he's not laying down for none of them...won't be easy.

I truely doubt Canelo could even beat Margarita right now.

I agree with all that you wrote(cotto is my favorite fighter, and in second place is every other Boricua). I was not knocking him and I know cotto don't laydown for no one..all I am saying (as much as I hate the guy)is that gayfeathers cannot be beating..he runs too much, use his elbows, and as much as I hate to admit it,he is truly gifted...I do believe however that cottos hands are heavy enough to hurt him,buy I don't know if he has the footwork to keep up/cut off the ring...as for Chavez he is a dud, a dud that would be way bigger than cotto on fight night, plus I mean damn he sux,but he does do this for a living,so he has to be at least ok to he 44-0 or whatever his fraudulent record is..yo supporto a los mio como quiera!!I would be the first walking talking **** in cottos favor if these fights were to ever be made.

Fam, Cotto ain't beating Sergio Martinez.

Nah!!! I like Cotto because he epitomise the fighters of back in the days, Fighters who just fight without looking for advantages before they step in the ring with you but for me he doesnt have much left.
Did you see what Manny did to Marg's eye and Manny was "jogging backwards" all night. You prove your ignorance with these comments, truly. Margarito is A LOT bigger than Cotto and Manny. Margarito got up to 175 from 150... He was probably 180+ when he fought Cotto. Given the added weight and size, Cotto was probably giving up the same 17 pound difference in weight and Margarito was stronger because he didn't need to lose the extra 3 pounds. Standing toe-toe and slugging it out shouldn't be the only thing impressive about a fighter, being able to infuse that type of damage like Cotto did without taking it half as bad is more impressive.
