During that time span (1994-1999) Pernell Whitaker, Oscar Delahoya, Ike Quartey, Jose Luis Lopez, even Carr and Wilfredo Rivera were taking tough fights with each other.
While Trinidad fought the likes of Lueshing, Waters, and Pineda, all the other champs were fighting stiff tests. And Trinidad is considered an ATG at that weight....- Circumstances were completely different.
- You also overlooked a few people he fought (he fought Carr btw).
- Timeline is broad and suggests that you weren't following boxing then.

No way should Terry Norris be rank at WW.
His work is at 154 JMW...Even if you go by the original 8 weight-classes. You would rank him at MW not WW.
And, LOL @ having Floyd as the GOAT at WW, GTFOH.
