Ray is a top 10 all-time great. Has wins over the elite in pretty much the best era of fighters below heavyweight.

Leonard's power, particularly at WW, was better than okay.

His left hook was a great weapon, pretty overlooked among history's most effective and dangerous punches.

He's up there with Louis and Tyson among the best finishers ever.

I know you hate Hopkins but he is on a higher plateau than Hagler IMO, they were around the same until Hops moved up and won the lineal 175 title. That was huge for his ATG'ness;.
