    Oh, dear.

Well, I'd say we differ on the definition of credible. The word of the deceased's family and friends (who testified to witnessing behaviour too screwy to make up, IMO) is good enough for me in this instance.

All the more reason to think they were pursuing it on point of principle, IMO.

All these Latino women (who don't live in the States) think that "Gringos" are millionaires, and are looking to grab one, no matter how old. I'm living in Panama City, and I KNOW. I think about a quarter of this 10 storey fairly exclusive apartment block is occupied by elderly "Gringos" with the most beautiful young, and I mean about 20-25 women. Some of the women are from Guatamala and Columbia etc. It's a sort of local industry. Even I, at my advanced age was "closely connected" in a sort of way with a very attractive 31 year old Panamanian woman who was well educated, good local family and background, spoke good English, and had a decent office job with a huge US company.

I got sense and got out of it after about 5-6 months, but I can tell you that it caused a huge row with tears and all the rest. So, as I say.....I know.

We just have two different views of the same thing. A flawed case is rather easy to spot almost from the beginning, for me anyway, and even if there was some merit in your view, a judge would not arbitrarily leave a deceased's assets away from his next of kin, his wife and child, especially with a legally executed will. Even if the family had produced the will they were talking about, it would have had no legal status, because, certainly in Canada anyway, I believe that upon marriage, all previous wills are null and void. If a new will (like the one the widow produced) had not been made, and Gatti died intestate, the estate would still have been divided as I earlier stated, a third to the widow, and the balance to any children of the marriage.Their only hope was to prove that the widow was a murderess, and also have her convicted.

I'm think I need a will if I die all my money goes into a trust fund until my daughter hits 21 or goes to my Brother with instructions to look after my daughter.

That particular poster, is obviously myself, and I have a good reputation on this site, except I can see with foul mouths like you. The stones which you have in your name, obviously came from your head. As for your more than ****** accusation about supporting a "******* regime" you are onviously referring to my support of Israel. Your accusation is more than laughable, although I can't deny that a number of half illiterate imbeciles, who know nothing about International Law (meaning the San Remo Convention, the League of Nations Mandate, the UN charter clause which specifically honours these International decisions and much more) or indeed about anything, especially including boxing.

By your remark, it's obvious that you fuly support sending pregnant women and doped up kids, armed with bomb belts into crowded stores, market places, buses full of children, and etc, and there blow themselves up, killing as many innocents as possible. Just 2 months ago, 2 Arab teenagers 17 and 18, broke into a home at night, and killed a sleeping father, mother, and 3 children aged 3 months, 2 years, and 10 years. They cut their throats.
When caught, they said they did it for "Allah". That's what you support. You would better use your time to properly educate yourself about the REAL situation there, and the TRUE facts, instead of soaking up the ourtageous lying propaganda that you obviously wallow in. Last year alone, there were over 800 Arab children successfully born in Israeli ambuances on the way to hospital, where they all survived. Those ambulances were supposed to service only the ***ish areas in Judea and Samaria, and the Arab Authority have their own ambulance service. But when someone needs help, they call the ***s, whom otherwise they want to slaughter. You don't know Nothing.........

STONES-Don't bother me any more with your ill informed deeply prejudiced and bigoted nonsense. I should never have bothered answering you in the first place. I was silly to do so, wasting my time, but at first I thought we could have an interesting exchange of views. Seeing what you really are, I know we can't.

WOW. Gatti got knocked off for some cash. I'm pretty sure everyone sees it but there is no solid proof and therefore the widow gets the money. My thing is. How could Gatti be that naive? Rest In Peace Arturo.

If I were in your place, I'd think that 21 would be far too young to handle what might be large sums. I'd make ot at least 25-30. Also, I'd make sure that your brother would be suitable compensated for his trouble. In fact make the compensation contingent on his beind properly attentive. Any decent lawyer will agree with you on this. Because, and I can tell you from experience, both mine, and several others I know, that, no matter how much your brother loves you, nor how trustworthy he is, you never know what will later influence your brother's life, perhaps his own wife and children, or even other things you have no present comprehension of. When money business is involved, even with close family, it still needs to be in enforcable writing.
