Good style clash for Louis, He was excellent against tall fighters with style's like Vitali. Louis beat a lot of big men in his time, his punching technique was probably the best i have ever seen such a brutal finisher. He was strong to and could rough it up on the inside against big 18stone men. The guy also had excellent speed no punches wasted. It would be a good fight but i would favour Louis over Vitali. Some of Louis technique has been lost in time he really was a great fighter and bigger than people make out he was a true heavyweight.

Joe Louis wouldve killed Vitali. He knew how to leverage his size on 6'4 + opponents and knock their lights out.
