You really dont have much answers do you? lol you havent answered mine or Josephs question, if smaller gloves make that much difference to punching power why dont you hear accounts of this happening ALL the time in that era, why erent all the guys Louis's size breaking verterbrae and hospitalizing people for 10 days. A puch will have the same impact thrown with a small glove and a big one. The PSI will be the same, the smaller one will be more likely to cut.

Because 90% of NSB, maybe more, have never sat and watched Joe Louis fight. I guarantee that.

I have watched a few of his fights, and I can see Joe is very good but NOT the invincible Superman that some of his nuthuggers make him out to be.

And if Lewis " knocked Bowe out" he knocked Vitali out too with your logic. Stop lying. Again .
          Ouch. That must have hurt.

Mr invincible thinks skimming over box rec is all he needs to do to learn about a fighters career. I'm still waiting for his big list of fighters from Louis era that equaled JL power.

That's fine, and I'm not going so far as saying Vitali has no chance against Louis, or I see no way he wins. I've said before I have massive reservations about comparing fighters were in their primes 70 years apart. So I can respect saying Vitali will win if you give a valid reason and seem to know what you are talking about.

Considering Joe Louis fought before our grandparents were born, Im not surprised at all by the voting.

"Just because" "omfg" "obvious" are not arguments.

So you think Lennox beat Bowe on cuts too? You may want to do some research as well.

I know more about boxing and have seen more Joe Louis fights than you can possibly imagine. I know exactly how he fought and just about everything about him in general. I never said he couldn't punch whatsoever. What I've said all along you were lost on. Maybe it was over your comprehension level because you and others on here just don't get it. I refuse to keep repeating myself like I'm a special ed teacher.
