Besides, the bigger the stage, the better Donaire performs. Guys like Narvaez are typically when Donaire doesn't look his best, and Nonito still won every round. Again, I don't want to say no chance for Mares, but I'd be shocked.
I agree man, Mares strengths could play right into Donaire's game.

Donaire sparks Nishioka no doubt. But Donaire will have to box his way to victory against Gamboa. Donaire hasn't felt that kind of power yet. I expect Donaire to top out at 126 and I don't expect him to ko everyone in that division but win with skills.

        Stop with that **** bro.

Moreno is taller than Donaire, and he has a longer reach.

If Nonito can make 118, then he is a bantam. If he is killing himself to make weight, than he will likely struggle with stamina/strength late in the fight, and will be drowned if anyone can take him deep.

They act as if donaire is is six feet tall and walks around as a middleweight. it doesnt make no sense and they just look sad and bitter.
I agree with you, except for the Mexican part.

A number of people have chosen to denigrate Donaire because they perceive him to be fighting too low in weight, and many of them are Filipino's.

Forget that race **** bro, you gotta problem with that.

When people bash Donaire for "picking on little guys", just do what I do, refer to them as silly ****s, regardless as to their race

I will believe it when I see it. Nishioka is a great fighter and has a very akward style that could give any one problems add the fact that he has power and we have an intriguing fight. Plus donaire would be fighting some one closer to his size instead of making a flyweight move up in weight like with narvaez

Mares is a warrior but I don't see him beating Nonito. And Mexicans need to be quiet about Donaire being too big for guys at 122. No1 complained about Caballero fighting at 122 when he was calling out Juanma and he's 5'11.

Good point. However, aside from Montiel who was actually the heavier fighter against Donaire. Donaire has fought smaller guys. Donaire uses his reach but has beaten opponents with his skills.

In my opinion, Mares has made a case for himself. While it's kool to consider Donaire the better fighter, the fact still remains that Mares has the resume to rival his at that weight class.

I'm not saying Mares beats Donaire. I am saying that it isn't a forgone conclusion that he wouldn't.
