Cotto put on a great performance and I don't want to say I told you so but I knew going to the body wasn't in the game plan for Cotto. He just needed to give angles and clinch.

Excellent job by him and Pedro Diaz in their preparation. I loved the way he moved, clinched on the inside and for the most part kept his back off the ropes.

I do think Marg was getting stronger as the fight wore on but it wasn't the same as the first fight because Marg couldn't connect the way he did the first time. He was missing a lot and his body shots weren't there for this fight. Cotto moved non stop and kep Marg from really touching him much.

Cotto was on his way to a UD easily, even though I think the last rounds would have been the toughest for him but he was looking much fresher because he wasn't getting hit as much as in the first fight.

Margarito is DONE. He looked like he was throwing punches underwater. He was never fast but he just looks like a worn fighter. No movement of the head like before, he wasn't catching any of Cotto's jab's or right hands. He was just coming forward with a slow jab and was being countered easily with a right hand.

I don't know whether Marg cheated in his fight with Cotto and I don't think this fight can tell you much of that because Marg really didn't connect like he did in the first fight but perception is everything. The perception is he did, he failed to redeem himself and Marg's career sad for me to say, is tainted and done.

It was a shame the fight ended on the eye swelling but I posted on Friday saying I thought that was one of my worries.

To all of you I owe e-points, let me know how much I owe. Tinta I think I owe you 1 million or is it 10 million? Don't know let me know.

I heard Marg say:

"stop running you fa6"

(when Cotto would land a big shot)

"nothing, nothing you hit like a little girl"

"You don't have anything for me, you can't hurt me"

He is a crazy ***er.....I was laughing at the tv screen because he just doesn't give a ***. People think it's a persona that he carries but I'm convinced it's who he is. His wife is also a G, she doesn't even care that her husband is getting beat up....lol

Do you have the precise moments where that happened?

I know for a fact that in the fifth round when Cotto was moving to the left side of the ring after getting pinned on the right Margarito was chasing him. Cotto had skittered away after landing a left hook and if you turn up the volume you can hear Margarito taunting Cotto, "¡Pegas como niña!" (You hit like a girl!)

Also, in the closing seconds of round 9 when Cotto was again moving to the right side of the ring, Margarito shouted, "¿Te dueleeee?" (Does it hurt?!)

And when Margarito was walking back to the corner after the final round (round 9) he was motioning his glove across his neck as if to say that Cotto was almost done and he shouted to the corner, "¡Esta corriendo el puto!" (He's running like a *****!)

It's not audible over the crowd but that's what I get from reading his lips.

Cua, if you have the timemarks for those Margarito's taunts, I'd love to hear them. Margarito's a bad-ass for taunting. Made the fight much more entertaining...he was rocking Mayorga-isms throughout the fight.
