I thought it was obvious Cotto was breaking down mentally. I believe the fans prefer not to see it for what it is because they despise Margarito, but Cotto may have been saved from another KO loss last night, by the doctors that is.

I think fans like you prefer to make up bs like he was breaking down "mentally" like somehow you're inside of Cotto's head in that 9th round and know if he was starting to wilt to pressure. Nothing about his body language or punch output suggest he was breaking down. Get your head out of Margarito's ass.

Yeah, it's like they were watching the first fight or something. The second fight looked more like Pacquiao v Margarito, Cotto was teeing off on Margo at times and looking pretty comfortable. It was Margo who was stumbling around the place with his eye closed over.

Cotto landed some great body shots and i believe a great left hook on top. I thought for sure he would of had Margarito in some serious trouble if the fight was not stopped.

Never did i feel Cotto was in trouble or breaking down. He did what he wanted to do to Braided plaster.

Cotto was following the Mosley template in the later rounds, you could see the tide turning. Miguel didn't fear Margarito's "legendary power" in the end.

Cotto was winning and IMO he was going to get a comfortable UD at the end, however I still don't think he was going to be able to KO Margarito. Cotto landed some heavy bombs and in fact tried to KO Margarito in the last rounds but Margarito kept moving forward and didn't stumbled or anything. I think Cotto didn't have enough power to KO Margarito, after all those bombs that clearly caught Margarito didn't knocked him down or even made him stumble, there was nothing from him that was going to really KO him.

no need to act tough, it is what it is

Cotto is a mental midget, and he folds under pressure, and yes, he was showing signs of slowing down, no need to be in his head, it could be seen

he was almost running away (he was in fact) near the end, he wasn't throwing much and Margarito was starting to connect quite a bit, particularly on the inside

who knows what would have happened in those last 3 rounds, it's clear they would have been the best rounds for Margarito, and Cotto was stopped in the 11th of their first fight

you are the typical fan who hates on Margarito so much that you don't want to assess the rematch fairly

believe me, I don't idolize people who fight with bricks in their hands, but I try to remain objective, and last night, Cotto was saved, perhaps, by boxing politics

in any case, Margarito should have been allowed to finish the fight

stop watching fights drunk, margarito was gettin painted all over the ****in ring in round 9. He was puttin on what emannuel steward likes to call "ineffective pressure" meaning all that pressure he was puttin on cotto in round 9 was not doing **** because he wasnt landing like the first fight. Cotto was on his way to a TKO stopagge or Clear cut UD.
