Because of the drastic shift in opinion on this fight, which most probably favored Mayweather in before the Marquez fight, let alone now, it would be one of the best wins in recent memory if Pacquiao won impressively.

maybe many casual fans. If you take a poll of unbiased educated boxing fans who have followed the sport for a while and also boxing experts/media who cover fights for a living a majority will say they think floyd will win. Not something overwhelming but a good 60/40 I think. The vegas average line for the fight floyd -150 basically fits perfectly in with that.

Yeah, I don't see why not.

The only problem I really have with this fight is that if Floyd wins. It means basically nothing. Because somehow, Pacquiao won't be good enough for Floyd.

In a few years time I believe that if Floyd were to beat Pac, he would get the credit deserved. Only after all the dust settled though because you know that there will be excuses made haha

It will be a bigger win for Pac than for Floyd now.
I think Pac being an underdog will be a good thing.

I still pick Floyd but this is boxing, all it takes is one good punch.

Anyone who says that wouldn't give Floyd credit for anything. Sane boxing fans wold recognize it as the biggest win of Floyd's career, the best win he could get outside of Martinez, and maybe including Martinez.

This fight wouldn't even be in the top 5 most important Pac wins

Ledwaba, Barrera x2, Morales x3, Marquez x3, de la hoya, hatton and cotto are all bigger wins in Pacs career than wifebeater

Morales was coming off a loss when Pac beat him. You have to be kidding.
