**** IT DUDE!!! Let the 4th fight be in Mexico City, Mexico. One Filipino judge, one Mexican judge and one Indian judge (the feather or the dot) or whatever impartial nationality Marquez picks. And have 3 of them, of which one will be picked right before the fight. Like Ali and Frazier in The Thrilla in Manila. Also have 3 refrees that will randomly be picked right before the fight so there is no time for Arum to pay them off (did I just say that out loud?). Anyway, whatever Marquez wants...a catch at 140lbs., done. Fight at Mexico City, Mexico, done. Just get this 4th fight over with and who ever wins...WINS. Period, end of all this she said, she said BULL****!!! Get it done ARUM you slimmy bastard!!!!

Other times, like you say, Pacquiao says he wants the Mayweather fight as long as the promoter is on good terms. On the other hand, Mayweather says nothing about fighting Pacquiao, but says he has to talk with his "team" (Floyd speaks in legalese, as he calls himself his own promoter). There is a difference. There's one fighter of the two that appears to not want the fight, and that's Mayweather.

Las Vegas is already neutral *****es...
Pacquiao hometown was in the Philippines across the pacific Ocean..
If Marquez want neutral corner then they can fight in Hawaii!!!

If Marquez wants NEUTRALITY, then he shouldn't mention Mexico as the venue,
where Hometown Decisions do happened in the past.
The Fight Venue should be in Europe say, UK or Germany.

The only positive thing I can say about pac in this fight is he has one hell of a chin,Clear cut win for marquez, if they fight a 4th it doesnt matter the credibility and weight is on Pac not JMM.rt now pacman has been exposed that they awarded him a victory on paper for obvious financial reasons wont change the fact that he was relentlessly OVERHYPED and can be outclassed. When your hand fed mediocre opposition its what happens pac bought into his own hbo/arum hype.A clear win for JMM.

It was all Marquez for large parts of that fight, which is why a huge number of Filipino fans that were interviewed as they were leaving, admitted that Manny lost.

"All along we know why the fight isn't being made. This is the perfect opportunity. Both guys just fought. This is the fight the fans want to see, and it's a disgrace that they are not willing to give the fans what they want. In my opinion, there are three reasons why Arum doesn't want the fight. He knows there is no way that Manny Pacquiao can win, it kills his cash cow, and he wants to do in-house fights where he controls both sides. I said all along why this fight hasn't been made to this point. Manny Pacquiao knows, Bob Arum knows and Freddie Roach knows."
The gloves are off, Team Mayweather are sick of Bob Arum's lies.
And you wanna hear what Schaefer had to say ^^
