Floyd-Ortiz PPV numbers being witheld until Mayweather settles IRS problems

i dont get why they hold onto ppv #?? whos really in charge of this? hbo or the fighter? i mean if its hbo then why dont they just release the # once everything has been calculated, who cares if its floyd or manny. the ppv # should be release once everything has been calculated and i know it doesnt take this long, but it seems like if its a big name like floyd or manny and that ppv doesnt do well then they wont release it, thats BS!

If Floyd has tax/back tax issues now while he's making all this money, what's going to happen once he finally leaves the sport and no longer has those 30-40mil paydays in order to pay back taxes? This guy must have the worst money management skills ever. He made almost 100mil in 07 for his fights with Oscar and Hatton, then had to come back just 2yrs later in 09 to get a $10mil loan from Oscar prior to his bout with JMM in order to settle back taxes.
