Danny Williams has always been a choak artist, and again was another fringe contender.

And those are the only two fighters Vitali has fought in the last two years.

You haven't made a valid point yet.

      Could you be anymore pahtetic?

You Nut huggers are all the same. Some newbie comes in (that again may very well be someone like Nautilis with yet another account) and they spout the same tired defeated logic you've all tried before, and you fall all over eachother playing patty cake and giving high fives.
LOL You really have to be one of the biggest asses to exist on a forum.

Sanders was 38, overweight and coming out of a 10 month lay off, and yet he managed to put up the best show of his entire career, by stunning Vitali a couple of times, going 8 rounds with the future heavyweight champ and not once hitting the canvas. Theres no other fight where u can tell me Sanders achieved the same results fighting a top competitor. (Other than Wladimir Klitschko who was no.1 contender).

And whose everyone that said Williams was a fringe contendeR? After a couple of months you will be saying that everyone new that Peter was a fringe contender, and totally forget that he was a a 3-1 favorite. Williams was a 4-1 underdog.

Wanna talk about fringe contenders? When Lewis fought Rahman, Rahman was a 25-1 underdog. When he fought Tyson he started off as a 15-1 favorite, but odds later dropped to 8-1, in reality he was a 50-1 favorite. When he fought Frans Botha he was I believe a 20-1 favorite. Last person he fought who was "THOUGHT" to be a close competitor was Michael Grant, and he turned out to be the biggest flop of the last decade. Same thing with David Tua, although Lewis was also in my estimates a huge favorite.

Blaming Vitali for fighting fighters where the odds are very close is pathetic by your own reasoning.

I'll say it once again, he retired Lewis, and was beating Byrd with one arm.

Lewis TKO 6, where was that rematch he promised? What happened to fighting him if his doctors checked him out ok? What happened to waiting on the belt to see who would win Johnson or Vitali, before making up his mind? I smell fear, and the next choice is retirement.

Byrd will get whats coming to him yet. This time he will get his ass beat with two healthy arms.

2 healthy arms? LOL. Vitali don't need 2, cuz he only uses his left to slap his opponents and throw only straight right hands. He's been pretty lucky fightin short opponents that happen to be also out of shape.

Ya, he'll beat Byrd. Byrd's past it. Why would Lewis fear sumone he stopped in 6 rounds?

Because he got his ass beat around the ring, when he won due to a "CUT".

Why would Lewis not give him a rematch, in such an anticipated event? You cant tell me he didn't have a fire, because I would be ultra fired up fighting someone who was just beating me up until i got saved because I cut him.. I would want to go out there and prove, that I don't need the help of injury to win.

Lemme tell you sumthing. I aint to much informed bout tis Lewis "being scared" of rematch. But, since it would seem you are, I would appreciate it if you prove it by posting links, articles, etc that Lewis chickend gainst Vitali.

Klit might be winnin a lil bit on ta cards, but when a KO/TKO comes, it don't matta that much homie. And if I rememba right, ta outa shape Lewis WAS GETTIN BETTA FELLIN HIS RHYTM by ta later rounds of ta fight. Vitali's vision woulda suffered greatly if ta fight continued and Vitali woulda get Koed or taken to decision.

This era? Lewis in his prime was a better fighter than both.

Also, "this era" is about the sorriest era the heavyweight division has EVER seen.

I remember Lewis saying that it was only 4-2 against him because it was in the US... if the fight had taken place in the UK it would have been the reverse.

That's Lewis saying that, not me, btw.

Why are you so confident Lewis would lose a rematch? An out of shape Lewis held his own against Vitali.
