Tito Cheato!!! Tito Cheato!!!
Your mad cause Tito would have destroyed Cheato within 4 rounds..lol
His KO percentage went down dumbass...lmao He moved up in weight ******!

    Here is reality Vato:

Tito fought Hopkins(HOF) and they found extra tape or gauze..who cares Same thing happened with Pac and Hoya and no one even talks about it.. He was at 158. His next two fights he KOed. Then he fought Winky at 160 and Roy Jones(HOF) at 160 and 170 and still went 12 rounds after a long layoff.

You must of got your Education in a third world country...Viva that!..lol

I agree with Tito being an ATG but it just shows how much hate Oscar gets since Oscar did more than Tito but yet gets only HOF mentions by the same journalist.

All time great? The same Tito that got dropped by Vargas, got a gift against Oscar, got ****d by Hopkins, and slapped around by a shot Roy Jones? Not in this lifetime. Matter of fact, Tito got dropped all the time.

The Whitiker fight always seemed to fall through and i don't think he wanted the fight. I don't recall much about Quartey fight but thats a fighter that would have given Trinidad problems. Also Terry Norris fight didn't get made because of promotional issues plus Norris was already passed his best.

This was a good article not the most accurate, but i like how he touched on every topic of a fighters career (though more research imo, was needed).
Accuracy? Not really an issue on what you're raising here. These are common knowledge points. He did try to make Whitaker, attempting to leave King for Square Ring (Roy's company, with Stan Levin) and being forced back. They shared an HBO bill in 1995 (the night Tito fought Barnes) and it was all openly discussed on the air.

As to Mosley, they really did just miss each other in terms of being same place, same time. Mosley tried to call him to stay at 54 and it was talked about into the Middleweight tourney:

Mosley's Camp Setting Sights on Trinidad
Boxing: Welterweight champion would move to 154 pounds to challenge the middleweight champion.
February 10, 2001|LANCE PUGMIRE | TIMES STAFF WRITER
Jack Mosley typically discourages training camp talk of future opponents, but the father, trainer and manager of Pomona's World Boxing Council welterweight champion, Shane Mosley, makes an exception when the subject is Felix Trinidad Jr.

"It makes all the sense in the world," Jack Mosley said from Big Bear, where his son is preparing for his second title defense March 10 against Australian Shannan Taylor.

"We know Trinidad is at 154 pounds and ready to move to 160. That's OK. We can't go all the way to 160, but we'll move to 154 to dare to be great."

He said the bout's selling points are numerous. Mosley (36-0, 33 knockouts) and World Boxing Assn. light middleweight champion Trinidad (39-0, 32 KOs) stand with light heavyweight Roy Jones Jr. atop the list of best pound-for-pound boxers. Each has beaten Oscar De La Hoya. Each is handled by his father. Each has a contract with HBO/TVKO.

"I'm putting this idea out there to let the public demand it," Jack Mosley said. "All of America would turn this fight on in a heartbeat, so would Africa, Asia, China, Poland and Ireland."

Don King, however, is arranging a middleweight unification series involving Trinidad, WBA middleweight champion William Joppy, International Boxing Federation champion Bernard Hopkins and WBC belt-holder Keith Holmes.

Trinidad is scheduled to fight Joppy on May 5 and the winner will meet the Hopkins-Holmes winner in the fall, said Bobby Goodman, King Productions vice president of boxing operations.

"If Tito doesn't win the Joppy fight, he'd still be the 154 champion and [Mosley] would be an option," Goodman said. "I'm sure the Trinidad name appeals to Mosley and Trinidad has a history of fighting only the best--Pernell Whitaker, De La Hoya, Fernando Vargas. That's what champions should do. And Mosley is in that class. [A Mosley fight] is something that, at some point, we'd be interested in."

Norris was a promotional issue but that's an omission due to where it was mentioned. Nothing in the piece disputes that point.

I'm not so sure Oscar did more than Tito. He was successful in more divisions but, overall, I don't rate Oscar ahead of Tito.

How did Oscar do more than Tito when all he did was fight guys Tito already destroyed?

The best win on Oscar's resume is.... Vargas?
