Boxing is the sport of "Hitting and not being hit" you want to know who REALLY has the best BOXING numbers. Take a wild guess.

Is that why Marciano is one of the most overrated fighters of all time?

Boxing is all about KOs now? LOL and you talk about credibility.

That's because Floyd fought high caliber opposition.

Vitali dominates his opponents more than anyone else does.

Compare his dominance over similar competition past greats faced & that's YOUR real barometer.. not some make believe fantasy about who he failed to fight because he didn't have the opportunity to fight them... penalizing him for that is boxing's greatest & most erroneous sin... go on what he's done.. STOP going on what he hasn't done or he hasn't beat the shet out of.. he's MORE than PROVEN.. everybody no matter who you are gets the same beatdown... that's all i gauge his ranking.. all that other stuff is meant to downgrade his unprecedented performances & you guys all know it
I go by what he's done which isn't much. I repeat : the greatest fighter he beat is Sam Peter. You can talk about the Lewis fight all you want it'll always be a L on Vitali's record and nothing will change that.

I'm not penalizing him for not fighting in a great era, I'm rewarding others for being able to prove themselves against the best. Vitali is unlucky but it is what it is.

Apparently it's the sport of knocking your opponent out...

            Maradona >>>> Pele...

Pele was a great striker but he never played outside Brasil. He had great skills but football was a lot easier in his time. More offense, less defense... and worse athletes overall.

Maradona won the WC almost by his own. He almost wins a second one in Italy 90, though argentina was a better team. Cobresal, the referee of the final, stated that he took a bribe in order to make Germany win. Maradona also played Italy 90 with a totally destroyed foot.
He is a god in Napoles too.

And Maradona has GREAT Charisma... inside and outside the stadium.

Overall Maradona is undoubtedly better than Pele.

No way Vitaly is the best fighter ever, he is not even the best heavyweight of all time.
Hes not even the greatest HW in his own family

vitali lost to the 2 most accomplished fighters he faced

vitali refuses to fight the best heavyweight of his era

vitali has only fought 7 top 10 ranked heavyweights compared to joe louis' 25 or ali's 30

Vitali definitely doesn't get the credit and accolades he deserves from a lot of boxing fans. . . I DO think that he would beat a lot of heavyweights who are widely considered greater than him like foreman, frazier, louis, marciano. . . it wouldn't even be close IMO - he would slaughter these guys. . . I also think he would beat the great larry holmes in a somewhat more competitive fight. . . Ali, im not sure about, he might be too fast for vitali. . . but i still say it's a 50/50, maybe 60/40 fight in ali's favor. . . vitali is just so evolved - so beastly. . . and we all know lennox was retired by vitali, "official outcome" of hte fight notwithstanding. . . prime lennox vs. prime vitali = 50/50 fight,

too many intangibles to mix them up tbh.
