Konz said Team Pac would test on the day of the fight, with a 14-day cutoff. The only thing the commission rejected was 1 test on the day of the fight, not the other x amount of tests leading up to the fight within the 14-day cut-off. For example, the commission would approve a test on the 6th day before the fight, just not the day of the fight. Why does this process confuse you so much?

Manny did not agree to a 14 day cut-off. That is misleading.
Since the 'day of the fight offer' was rejected by the commission, his team's next offer, repeat O-F-F-E-R, was for a 14 day cut-off, the same 14 day cut-off that Tygart of the USADA said was acceptable.(You can verify this OFFER by listening closely to the link that you yourself provided.)
Now it's up to Floyd to make a counter offer. He can make a 2 day cut-off counter offer and see if the commission will approve that. If the commission approves it, it would be ****** for Manny not to accept that since they have already made a same-day-testing offer earlier. But apparently, Floyd hasn't made any counter offers because what we've heard from him so far has been nothing but an endless repetition of "take the test, take the test."

the problem ... if they find something su****ious in the first sample(s), they would be unable to retest at all if they had a contractual 14 day cut off. what happens then?

Just to add further: If i was accusing pac of being on peds, id actually be more worried about him coming up clean then he can apparently use that 14 day window to use peds.

Problem with that is:

He would still be required to take random urine tests up to the fight, which means the only thing you'd have to be worried about him using is peds only detectable through a blood test. (which to my knowledge, is/was just HGH)

Now i'm no expert - but the main argument people like to use is that pac could use HGH in that 14 day time frame. The thing is, can you really gain any benefit from hgh in those 14 days? HGH on its own is apparently useless based on what ive read. And also - from what ive been reading there is also now a urine test to detect hgh.

You need more advanced testing with Manny because by his own PED ducking actions he is very likely to be a PEDS cheat , his trainers have been involved with juicing fighting before and Manny develops a nervous stutter when ever asked about them
