Manny agreed on a cut-off of 14 days and testing the day of but after the fight. Not all the way up to the fight. HUGE difference.

I repeat "CUT-OFF". What don't you understand about "cut-off" meaning a cut off of 14 days, not all the way up to the fight....

Team Pac says 14 day CUT-OFF and you say they agreed all the way up to the fight. WTF are you talking about?????

Let's not forget that 14 day blood testing cut-off has nothing to do with the "commission's testing protocol" in the 1st place. What don't you understand about that difference???
Once more... your ******ity knows no bounds.
Your own link clearly showed that Manny's team offered to do the test on the day of the fight. REPEAT, ON THE DAY OF THE FIGHT. The commission rejected it. Repeat, REJECTED IT.
The commission has the final say on the matter. Not Floyd, not Manny, not ARUM, not the USADA.
The commission would not want any adverse effects from testing too close to the fight to prevent the fight from happening. Not after all the investments, preparations, hotel bookings, promotions, etc. That's the reason that even Tygart of the USADA said that a 14 day cut-off is acceptable.

    Do you get it now?

Konz said Team Pac would test on the day of the fight, with a 14-day cutoff. The only thing the commission rejected was 1 test on the day of the fight, not the other x amount of tests leading up to the fight within the 14-day cut-off. For example, the commission would approve a test on the 6th day before the fight, just not the day of the fight. Why does this process confuse you so much?

Now you resort to name calling like a 2nd grader lol That's how I know you're defeated.

      I have 1 question:

      1. If Manny only goes by the commission's testing protocol, why agree to random blood testing with a 14-day cut-off?

      • wow. the thread is about mayweather's fake olympic test and dumb *****s quickly diverted the topic on pacquiao. floyd is being called a coward left and right and pacquiao is about to retire.

i see floyd becoming a duck for the rest of his career.

all because of his *****s. they have successfully blocked the fight from happening. keep on, *****s.

You feel only Mayweather's stable should join in.

Write something intelligent for once, like (all fighters should join the fight against steroids).

          Even Pacquiao.

Don't limit it to just Mayweather Promotions
Excuse me? Floyd Mayweather Jr. brought this whole drug-testing **** up, not Manny Pacquiao. Dude, you on the same crack as Floyd? Floyd should be setting up the example with his stable, with his gorilla piss drinkers next. You should test yourself for any drugs too. You on medical rehab or something?

If USADA does make a 2 week cutoff itself (as you suggest) then when pac agreed to the 2 week cut off, what exactly was the problem?

Do recall that the last time they had negotiations, everything seemed to have been agreed upon until mayweather went on vacation.
the problem ... if they find something su****ious in the first sample(s), they would be unable to retest at all if they had a contractual 14 day cut off. what happens then?

              • *******s are better off just agreeing with whatever dumb *****s state in these boards. as they say, "if you can't lick them, join them."

let's help *****s block the fight. by starting with "phuck floyd's test."

i think it's not in floyd and his dumb followers' interest that this fight doesn't happen. you can easily imagine who people will blame.

so phuck the fight. i do hope it never happens. floyd would just run around like a headless chicken anyway. it's a waste of money and time.

You have already been exposed as a *******.
Of course to you it's all Floyds fault for trying to prove he is a clean athlete.

Not other guy who is against any type of random testing.
                  Wow just stop

Well if that were to happen my suggestion would be:

Make it known they found something su****ious and ask if they can test again after the 14 day period to clear any doubts.

Additionally, give the other fighter the option to pull out of the fight.
