Since the 'day of the fight offer' was rejected by the commission, his team's next offer, repeat O-F-F-E-R, was for a 14 day cut-off, the same 14 day cut-off that Tygart of the USADA said was acceptable.(You can verify this OFFER by listening closely to the link that you yourself provided.)
Now it's up to Floyd to make a counter offer. He can make a 2 day cut-off counter offer and see if the commission will approve that. If the commission approves it, it would be ****** for Manny not to accept that since they have already made a same-day-testing offer earlier. But apparently, Floyd hasn't made any counter offers because what we've heard from him so far has been nothing but an endless repetition of "take the test, take the test."

Ok now, are you starting to get it?
Someone please help this lost soul... Tatangb45 says "Manny did not agree to a 14 day cut-off". Toyman don't let your boy continue to make himself look bad.

Show me 1 time where I said the commission didn't reject testing the day of the fight. That was never my argument to begin with, it was yours. You brought that up while trying to change the topic of Manny agreeing to random testing in contrast to Team Pac saying they only follow the commission rules.

Secondly, during the first negotiations, Floyd offered a 14-day cutoff. After Manny rejected the offer, Floyd said there will not be another 14-day cut-off offer. Floyd said all testing will have to be done up to the fight. This was said 2 years ago in 2009. Try to catch up.

What do you think Mayweather's been doing for his last 2 fights.

    1. Do you think he's been doing random blood testing with cut-off dates included in the contract? I'll answer, no.

    2. Do you think the commission has rejected any of his fights for not having a cut-off? No.

Now that you admitted that Team Pac offered a 14 day blood test cutoff, isn't that going against their original stance of "we only go by the commission"?

i'm not an expert, but the 14 day window seems to be too narrow to make anything out of those PEDs. that's why usada makes the cutoff, however there needs to be an option to retest in case a sample ends up being suspect (iirc they take several samples at different days and compare). contractual cutoff is simply not a good idea.

            • I think no one wants to give in and both sides think they can
win the argument. Seems ****** to even assume that. Meanwhile,
these boxers are not getting any younger. The longer the fight is
stalled the slimmer the chance of it getting made until it's totally
              forgotten.

In the end, the silent majority will decide who is ducking who. Not
              a ******* or a *****.

Toyman, please explain to Tatangb45 the differencet between no cut-off with testing after the fight to a 14 day cut-off with testing after the fight.
Have I been debating to a mentally deficient all this time? Your own link showed the evidence that Manny's team offered to take the test on the day of the fight (see 1:45 of the clip) yet you still keep asking for proof? Are you Floyd himself?
You have acknowledged that the commission rejected that same-day offer made by Manny's team. How the f..k would the commission reject something that was never offered?
