i believe is was travis tygart (usada ceo) who said usada would make a 2 week cutoff by itself ,unless they found something suspect in the earlier samples. in that case they would retest. so this fear cannot be based on any facts if pac is clean like he suggests. and if you put a contractual cut off, it would hinder usada and make the testing pointless. the whole point of the test is to be random ,so fighters never know what's the testing schedule.

There you go. Now a ***** has presented proof that even Tygart agrees to a 14 day cut-off.

If anyone contradicts himself in this whole drug-testing scenario the most, it's Floyd Mayweather Jr. He says he wants to clean up this sport. If he's true to his word, he should make all fighters under his stable do it. Does he? No. Is money a problem for him to make that happen?
