I have never seen a legit elite or top boxer in real life. But athlete-wise in the airport in Mexico City this past January saw Club America. They guys were sitting right behind me. I didn't get an autograph nor nothing because I don't watch football and have no idea if they are good or not, lol.
I met too many famous people to even bother naming. The most famous athlete was Mayweather who I met twice and the coolest athlete was probably Mayorga. Mayorga was funny as hell and a really cool guy he pretty much approached me. As for coolest celebrity, that would probably be Will Smith, he just walked right up to my cousin and hugged her like he knew her for years. You would never think the guy was a big movie star as he was really down to earth.
I literally bumped into De La Joto on the Vegas strip(a long time ago, I was looking somewhere else and I looked at who I just bumped into and it was the man with the golden smile, hehe. He was wearing a suit and motherf**ker had several inches on them shoes.
He just smiled at me and that split second I knew who it was, I just shook his hand. You would think that someone of his stature would be surrounded by huge bodyguards, he was with several black dudes(looked like they were in their early 20's, all shorter than him and one nicely dressed latin girl)
Met PAC at the WCG, he was wrapping up training camp for his trilogy against Erika. I've been to a bunch of fights and have witnessed high level fights involving some of the sport's best, got a close-up look at just how fast PAC really is, he's by far the fastest boxer I've seen personally.
Recently saw Jerome Bettis and Joey Porter at Reno, NV ******** their @sses off.
I've met Tom Brady at Pebble Beach(I was introduced to him, but I didn't say much after that) and seen him around town through the years.
Not a current athlete, but now famous or infamous sports personalities. Met Freddie Roach at WCG, down to earth guy, the man truly loves boxing, chopped it up with him for a few minutes trying to pick his brain for some insider boxing info, hehe. his speech is worse in person compared to when I hear him on t.v. But, he's very aware of what's going on.
Saw Michael Moorer at WCG as well, he's a straight to the point kind of guy, has a serious demeanor, but, didn't come off intimidating. The whole time I was talking to him, I kept picturing that fight of his when Tua KHTFO, lol
Saw Tua in NorCal many years ago, I just shook his hand and the dude is short, but, if you think he's big on t.v. his physique is much more intimidating in person. And then I started thinking of Tyson, and how much more menacing Tyson would be due to the fact that he was an uber talented athlete in his heyday.
Saw Eddie George at a Circuit City many years ago, huge guy, he was just wearing a black leather trench coat with sweats on, he was with a black girl, i didn't think she was all that.
Saw Jeff and Floyd Sr at Vegas in the beginning of this year. Jeff was just quiet, while Sr was being Sr, enjoying the attention, playing pad work with some of the kids(no mitts just using his palms). Sr was bigger in person than I had envisioned. That's one old man I wouldn't f**k with.

That's very true. We live in the same suburb of Auckland so I see him around quite often and he is intimidating up close. Seems like a decent fella though, never seen him look pi55ed because people were trying to get photos and autographs.
