    Oh, a bunch!!

I met Mike Tyson. HE WOULD BE THE ***EL IN THE CROWN, I GUESS. Although, if you are from NYC, that is nothing special.

I said hello to SRL as he exited an elevator in the Hyatt Hotel in Chicago. I said hello and he looked at me and mumbled. Never broke stride. Ray Leonard, Jr, however, is a friendly dude. Met him several times. Mutual friend.

The day of the Mayweather-Judah fight, I asked Evander Holyfield who he thought was going to win. He was a complete d!ck.

Not that famous, but memorable for me: The week before he was killed, I had about a half-hour conversation with Vernon Forrest at his house.

    Non-boxing:
A long time ago, I worked out with Ric Flair at his gym. I was young, and wore his ass out.

Funny: I met Plaxico Burress at 40/40 the month it opened. In retrospect, I feel fortunate.

I met Jerome Bettis. Good guy.

I met Hines Ward right after he won the SB MVP and I congratulated him. Couldn't believe how small he was and felt that I could tackle him.

Just a TON of basketball players. My ex-gf was a trainer at Murray Hill Racquet Club, and met a bunch of NYC athletes. Knicks, mostly.

I went to Trinidad-Delahoya, and went to the afterparty hoping to meet Tito. Nope.

I saw Pernell at The Shark Bar. Waited for a good opportunity to approach him and gently stroke his ballsack. Opportunity never came. He was having dinner with friends.

Met Deion Sanders outside the Righa Royal Hotel midtown. Unrelated meeting, I have a Prime Time autographed Cowboys helmet. For sale, btw.

Met Lennox Lewis in South Beach. He. Approached. Us.

My boy almost got into a fight with Yancy Thigpen (former Steeler) at a nightclub.

Met many lacrosse players.. a bunch.

Met Bryan Trottier at the DMV on Long Island. We had the same car. His was better customized. He referred me to Southampton Coachbuliders.

Walt Frazier gave my ex girl an autograph. I looked at her like she was insane. I know Walt, Jr... he went to Penn.

I met Jeff Gordon. We had him at a corporate event. We were one of his sponsors.

We used to take school ski trips to the Poconos. Long ago. I was young. I met Livingstone Bramble. He was fighting there. I can check boxrec and figure out the date.

    Missed Opportunities:
I was in San Juan, and there's a Walgreens (or something) right in Isla Verde. Miranda was standing in the parking lot when I went in to buy water. I said that I would chat him up when I came out. But he was gone.

I WANT TO MEET CAEL SANDERSON.

First thing I said to myself was damn he is so short in person LOL.
I can't imagine how short Pac is because he is shorter than Mayweather.

Also met Tyson in LA a few years ago at rocoes chicken and waffles.

Vernon forrest was a good friend of mine.
He use to train here where I live.

I go to alot of clubs so you see all the famous athletes in VIP......plus i'm kind of a big deal
If vernon was a friend, then you know where he lives.

That house directly across the street from him in that subdivision was for sale. Vernon was walking his little dog, and I was playing with his dog, and talking about boxing just a week before he passed. I think it was that SAME week.

I gutted me to hear that because I had just been talking to him.

That's alright , man. When I met Tyson the first time, he was walking out of a restaurant.

I turned to my girl and said "there goes Mike Tyson". I then yelled "Hey, Mike. My girl would like to meet you". He walks up to the car. She got so frazzled and excited, she starts pushingthe air conditioned and sunroof buttons. completely forgets how to roll down the window in a car she rides in every day.

I ragged her on that for a while.

Another time, I saw Mike onthe street as said A-salaam alaikum, and he responded,

I was at the Delano in Miami one weekend. My girl was at the spa upstairs. I was at the pool. She gets back and I tell her Beyonce' just said hello to me. She's like, "yeah, they damn near kicked me out of the pedicure chair for Kelly. "

Also met Mos Def and Latifah at the pool there.

Met A LOT of music people at the Mondrian and Argyle in LA.

I was at the SkyBar one night, and met Dave Navarro. He was wearing a sundress, and left with two hot girls. Yes, a sundress.

Name a famous boxer and I've probably met them but the one person I was actually giddy about seeing was Keith Mullings . Don't ask - it was just a shock to see him still around, I guess.
