Is Toney-Byrd happening or not?

why would Toney duck ruiz. The man comes to him throws some garbage and holds on. Ruiz is Taylor made for James, as James could counter punch before Ruiz grabs hold.

Byrd may be ducking the Klits and whoever else. And why wouldnt he, he is a small heavyweight. James is not a big heavyweight and does not pack anywhere close to the power that the giants do.


Byrd would frustrate and defeat Toney. Styles make the fight and James does not have the style to deal with Byrd.

they will clinch and hug frequently, provided the fight materializes. when they do, toney will work the body and slow byrd down. when byrd gets sloppy, and he often does, toney will counter beautifully. toneys head movement when in the middle of the ring is something byrd cant counter.

neither fighter brings the fight. which is why this fight will be too boring for anyone to see it or even promote it. byrds success was also due to the fact that his opponents were much slower than he was.

just like all other title fights, james toney doesent deserve the shot and hes gonna try to **** talk his wat into it. he needs to earn his mandatory shots just like everyone else.
