Floyd wouldnt get hit much by Sergio but he would be hit enough, and cautious. Sergio would be hit but wouldnt be hurt.
This is the first time that i have ever agree with you.

mayweather ud. close fight through 6 rounds then floyd sweeps the last 6. possibly late stoppage. segio is great, but hands down style, sorry floyd is too good for that. floyd is much faster. i think its the toughest fight out there for floyd, tougher than pac for sure. but i can see floyd having his best performance and just accumulation of punches not sure the sexy one wouldnt know what to do.

I cant stand how all you Floyd MOMO's act as if he is untouchable!
he gets tagged look at Mosley and JMM fights
and Ortiz hit him a few good times too
same thing will happen but Sergio is bigger stronger and faster that the above mentioned
so it will be good nite for floyd
but I would give Floyd mad props for taking this fight even when he gets his head taken off
Maybe its you that thinks he's untouchable. All fighters get hit a few times even in dominating performances. To expect a man to go into a 12 round "fight" and literally not be touched is a great compliment you've given FLoyd. Read what you typed again and tell me how rediculous it sounds. "So and so landed a punch that one time in the third round against him" Rediculous right?

Dizzy is extremely slow though. Flat footed but not a brawler.

this fight would no doubt occur at 150 CW as martinez has already stated he is willing to make the CW, i think martinez will be drained and floyd will take it by decision or even late ko

The fight probably won't happen at 154, but at 150-152. Either way, Floyd would most likely come in at 150 on fight night, while Martienz would most likely be anywhere from 160-165. Dibella already said Sergio probably wouldn't come in any higher in weight than Ortiz (164 lbs) did against Floyd. Floyd didn't seem to have too much respect for Ortiz, he walked him down early, lead with the right all night and had success, but he would respect Sergio's speed and power.

Sergio may be taller by a few inches, but Floyd's reach is longer as well. I don't see Sergio attempting to walk Floyd down, as it's not really his style. With that said, I didn't even think Floyd would try and walk Ortiz down, but he did. I think he would have trouble doing that against Sergio, a much bigger guy. Floyd has been most troubled in past fights with guys who are bigger and can muscle him on the ropes (Mayweather-Castillo 1 & 2). Even Ortiz attempted to muscle Floyd on the ropes, had some success, but not great success.

If Floyd can clinch at the right time, and find a way to time Sergio after 3-4 rounds like he does with everyone else, I think he can win a fairly close UD (116-112, 116-113, 117-112). If Sergio can throw Floyd off with his movement and come in from weird angles, and if Floyd is unable to adjust, he can win a close decision as well.

I think this fight is a pretty realistic possibility, especially since it seems like Arum has NO INTEREST in making a fight with Floyd, given his comments the past week or so.

People always say that Floyd doesn't really no what to do when he is pressured on the ropes, but he can fight off the ropes. In his fight with De La Hoya, oscar attempted to put Floyd ont he ropes the first 5-6 rounds, and Floyd make Oscar miss a lot and covered up well enough to make Oscar hit his arms and shoulders, clinched, and went back to winning the fight. Against Ortiz, one of the strongest offensive attacks from 140-154, he made Victor miss a lot of punches on the ropes, clicnhed, and went back to winning the fight.

One thing you can see clear as day with Sergio, is that when he is countered or hit clean, he doesn't fight too well, which is why Barker had his moments against him the first 6-7 rounds. Barker was able to counter Sergio and actually land at a surprisingly high rate. I think Floyd can time Sergio after the first 3-4 rounds, and take control in the latter rounds to win a decision. After 6-7 rounds, it'd be fairly even, and Floyd would take the decision winning 4 of the last 5 rounds or something.

Sergio definitely has a great shot and winning though.
