Thats not what u said! You said he fights nothing but fighters who are coming off losses!

I guess you could say that Pac didn't fight guys who had never lost ever ever ever ever in their careers but you know what Floyd would be guilty of that too!

Typical ***** call them on their Bullshhiitt half truths and they back peddle like a mother***er!!!

Did you not see the fight against Forbes...he was average at best against a shi.t opponent....

Furthermore, when Oscar fought Forbes at 150, he was allowed to rehydrate to a high weight......again, he weighed less than Pac man on fight night, a full 17 pounds lighter than when he fought Mayweather....if you honestly don't believe it affects a mans performance, then you are a nutterhugging POS......ask an boxer if 7 pounds "is just nothing"

If 7 pounds "is just nothing" why did Manny not go up to 154 to face Margarito......why not Face Martinez at 154

Are you then saying that Floyd deserves full credit for beating Marquez because "marquez didnt have the right diet, and it was just a few pounds?"...even though FLoyd cheated him on the scales....*** outta here.....

Margarito still had a 17 pound weight advantage and pac has to eat 4000 calories a day to make it to the 144 pounds he weighed against Margarito.

Punch drunk and not eating correctly are not the same thing. Sure Oscar looked average against forbes but he also wasn't weight drained and who the ***ing was stopping Oscar from regaining weight! Thats his own ****** fault from his poor prearedness and nobody gives holmes credit for his win against ALi nobody!!!

Marquez was coming up in weight he had to "eat" to get there so obviously this makes your argument here moot since it's not the same thing.

Here's some info to put a little question mark about the general perception of people on that fight.

        1) In the first 5 rds., before Oscar became totally frustrated, he threw an average of 60 punches/round, compared to 49/rd. against Floyd. It went down to 50/rd. in the Pac fight when rds. 6-8 are added.
        2) Oscar landed 21% of his punches on both the Floyd and Pac fights. He landed an average of exactly 10 punches/rd. for both fights.
        3) Floyd landed an average of 11.5 power punches/rd. on DLH while Pac landed an average of 24/rd..
        4) Floyd threw an average of 40 punches/rd for 12 rds., while Pac threw 73/rd. for 8 rds..
        5) On total punches thrown, Floyd landed an average of 17/rd. while Pac landed 28/rd..

Well maybe Pac isnt eating correctly, ever thought of that.....why does it only work when one way and not the other...afterall, diet is the same thing whether you are losing weight or putting on weight...your trying to change the boundaries because you point doesnt.....

If 17 pounds is nothing, again, why doesnt Pac fight Martinez...since he was able to do it against Margarito.....

I don't pay attention to it anymore only because Oscar was done. It sucks because Manny would have beat up the 2007 version of Oscar that night too.

although i've seen that fight over 50 times, i watched all 3 parts

gives me that warm and fuzzy feeling watching DLH getting unceremoniously ushered out of the sport

and a big LOL @ the HBO crew mulling over a PAC-Margarito fight...'the unnaturally large welterweight Margarito'

they gave him 3 more lbs and he got his ass kicked worse

A lot of people forget or don't know that Oscar cherry picked Pac to avoid Margarito. So taking that into account it's hard not to rated highly.

But, then if you look at in hindsight it was clear that Oscar was done. He had been done for years and quite clearly was weight drained.

I rated as a top 10 win for Pac. Not too great, not too bad.

                  The performance was spectacular though.
Yeah man, that's pretty much how I see it too. I kinda wish DLH had come in at 154, I still think Pac would have whooped him, and it wouldn't be a tainted win due to DLH coming in so light.

That was an impressive performance. . . I know DLH was not at his best, but PacSmash but on a beautiful display of pugilism. . . jumping in and out with perfect timing - unleashing straight lefts, right hooks. . . don't forget he basically just came up from 130 pounds as well. . . had one stop off at 135, then jumped all the way up to 147.

pistol who cares about some scrub they meet in between....they all lost their last legitimate fight. dont bring floyd into this....bottomline is pac handpicks big names to get maximum credit who are in "bad form"
