  • Comments Thread For: Mayweather: I Beat Them, Pacquiao Takes My Leftovers

For the most part, Floyd Mayweather Jr. spoke softly and respectfully about his opponent Victor Ortiz during a conference call on Wednesday. But Mayweather’s comments turned toxic when the subject turned to potential foe Manny Pacquiao and his reign atop the sport. In a withering assessment of Pacquiao’s opposition in recent years, Mayweather described his choice of opponents as his own “leftovers,” a reference to Ricky Hatton, Shane Mosley and Oscar De La Hoya, whom Mayweather faced and beat before Pacquiao had the chance to do the same. Continually referring to himself in the third person, Mayweather didn’t hold back in demeaning Pacquiao’s choice of opponents.

well, pac doesn't have to take your leftovers if you just man up, floyd.

it's really very simple. easy fight, easy money.

    "take the test, pac!"

    what a joke!

So what you're saying is Pacquiao needs Mayweather.

I do believe easy fight for Money. After the fight if Money wins lets see if he calls out Pac. If he does then all Pac needs to do is take care of business and take test and fight is on.

Who cares who asked for test? If pac really wants his biggest payday then hell agree to the harmless test. I hope he does.

Manny is just trying to follow greatness. Manny is Floyd's number one fan.

Sad thing is we have idiot fans today who discredit first hand beat downs and give credit to second hand, handed down beat downs. Manny is a greatly promoted bottom feeder.

Floyd wouldn't have demeaned Marquez. He would have said what he always says, that Marquez beat Pac twice.

Floyd has beaten what, 2 unbeaten fighters? While ******* has beaten 6 undefeated or something like that?

              ***** math: 2 > 6

All greats have beaten tons of Unbeaten fighters:
              Wladimir Klitschko: 7
              Vitali Klitschko : 6
              Manny *******: 6
              Lewis: 4
              Tyson: 7
              ..
              ...
              ...
              ...
              ...

              Floyd with "2" #1!!!!!!

Except he beats them better, to the point where he either knocks them out, or they run for their lives. Mayweather runs for his life even when he's winning.
