floyd will be forced to trade punches in this fight. ortiz will stun him a couple of times in a round and make floyd lose composure. so then floyd would try to get even and throw some of his.

so floyd's ability to move around in this fight will determine the outcome. it remains to be seen if he can stand toe to toe against ortiz.

floyd, the best fighter in the world, is expected to school ortiz in this fight and do better than maidana. if not, that would be very embarrassing.

I'll be glad when the fight concludes because Ortiz has came off fake as hell in the promotion. I don't know who is advising Ortiz but they are going about it the wrong way.

But somehow according to Floyd, Pac is fighting his leftovers. Problem with that excuse is, Pac's biggest wins came against guys that Floyd has NEVER fought. Barrera, Morales, Cotto, Margarito, Clottey. In the case of Marquez, Floyd actually fought Pac's leftovers. The only common opponents that Floyd got to first was Mosley and Oscar, and Floyd hardly put a beating on either one. Outboxed them yes. Beat them up....NO..

Jr. was fighting in the WW's long before Pac got there,,Pac a smaller fighter was in the lighter weight division , Jr. has no excuse for not fighting Cotto Margo or Clottey, he was there when they were in their prime but refused to fight the best, he ducked the best when they were deep in their prime.

Some people here just take the bias thing too far. Ortiz has a chance because he's very good, young, strong and Mayweather has been inactive but Mayweather isn't the favorite for nothing. Mayweather is a brilliant boxer and although Ortiz will bring it, Mayweather is expected to win. Its obvious that Ortiz is the bigger man and if he presses hard he could give Mayweather problems. Also, we all know that a good jab will negate Mayweather's speed but that **** is easier said than done. Oscar had that jab working in the beginning and stopped but he didn't stop because he got tired. He and everyone else that fights Floyd stops punching because they don't want to get countered. Again, i like Ortiz and he has a great future but Mayweather isn't Berto.
