First, he requested a rematch clause??????
Second he is fighting a true WW and a young hungry one.
Third Floy has never fought a true one punch KO power fighter.
Before you'll say how about Hatton (to predictable, slow and no proven KO in WW division. Castillo prior to Floy no real experience... Gatti damaged.. Zab no power in the WW.. Phillip N'dou week competition prior to Floy.. Mosley-Del Hoya-Marques too old, too weak, too slow.
I think this will be a wake up call for floy if Ortiz fights an agressive non stop fight.. he will blink and will be caught and due to fact that he hasn't really being in a real fight for a couple of years already, he will close his eyes.
