I think Floyd haters are right. Floyd does cherrypick his fights. Floyd always fights his opponents after an impressive win. Floyd doesnt wait until another WW beats the hell out of a guy and then go fight him. He knows after they come off an impressive victory, the money will be flowing when he signs up to fight them.

As far as Ortiz goes, besides this Berto fight, I dont recall him having that great of a career. I can remember it was a time not too long ago when we were writing this boxer off, now all of a sudden he's question the legacy of FMJ. Funny. Very funny.

This fight will be a lesson. Floyd will show this young fighter how to box and not brawl. No Floyd is not the hardest puncher, not the most active, nor is always down to engage in war. IF Jr. fought Hatton first so what, all Hatton did was Chase Jr. the bigger man , Hatton being the little guy all over the ring, and every time they came together the ref was there to stop it , people that knew nothing of boxing saw it and was upset with the REF.
