this is total bull****. First of all, pac would not even make the top 20 among the all time greats. And to be honest, neither would floyd (but he would rank higher on the list than pacquaio), and i am a floyd fan saying that. After floyd beats pac's a$$, all of you pac worshippers will claim that pac lost because he has been in too many wars and had lost a step in his last few fights. You are already starting to make those excuses and the fight hasn't even been negotiated yet.

Furthermore, you pac worshippers can't name one good fighter that pac has beaten decisively who was in his prime at the time and/or on a winning streak. Barrera wasn't in his prime, neither was morales;, hatton, oscar, cotto and margarito had either been recently knocked out or badly beaten and were not prime fighters at the time pac fought them. And his wins over marquez are in dispute, so he didn't beat him decisively. That is not the resume of an all-time great. That is the resume of a fighter who has been marketed very carefully.

He fought Cotto at WW after he looked not so good against Clottey while Mosley who just slaughtered Margarito was begging for a fight. Pac still fought Cotto at a catchweight eventhough he fought Oscar at 147. Margarito just came off of a year suspension and fought a no name guy in Garcia and still didn't look good against him AND Pac fought him at a ctachweight as well. How people cannot see that Pac has been hype up to look great is beyond me. Then we hear that in the supposedly 2nd and 3rd negotiations Pac agreed to the tests but all of a sudden when Floyd comes back. Arum says he will only agree to the tests if the USADA doesn't administer them? Pac will only train in the Phillipines? Sucker moves at its finest.

Pacquiao is barely hof-worthy. Had he fought back in the old day, when there was only one champion, no catch-weights, under the original divisions, using same-day weigh-ins, he would likely only be a 1-2 divisions champ.

The last prime champion Pac fought beat him, and the previous champ who beat Pac wasnt even prime. I dont see nothing there.

There are dozens of great fighters who were very successful going up and fighting as the smaller man..... they did not cherry-pick the easiest champion, fighting old men, manipulating advantages, using catch-weights..... they would fight anyone.

Pacquiao simply will not do that, and according to common-sense, he is likely a steroid cheat as well.
