There will be one for Pac no matter how many losing in-house recycled former champions (coming off their worst perforamce of there careers) Pac faces at WW.

The result will be the same for Khan (JWW) as it will be for WBC WW Champion Ortiz (former JWW). Like I said no matter WHO it is even when a Champion at any weight, until Floyd is beaten he will get zero credit for any victory. It's what makes him so popular, people just love to hate. I've seen it happen for years. There is always an excuse and there will be one for Pac. Especially Pac. People will be too pissed to give credit.

Also, IMO the De La Hoya that Mayweather fought beats the Cotto, Clottey, Margarito and Mosley that Pac fought. I also think the Hoya that Mayweather fought beats the Pac that Margarito fought.
No, because you're missing the point...Who are the fighters that Floyd beat that were "too small"? Hatton? JMM? Why do they say that about those two? Is it because what they did at the WW division perhaps? More than likely, however Pac is much more proven at the WW division than those no? If there is any other Floyd opponents who were labeled "too small" then please name them.

And, LOL @ your last paragraph. F'ing ey man smh.

        • still i respect Pac for standing his ground and giving Floyd the finger whenever possible, its just that a man of politics should understand whats good and bad concerning his publicity. He must be aware of what the tabloid culture has spun regarding the issue and what his PR team (with his help) should do to reverse any negative press. i dont understand the amount of press time wasted regarding the excuses. all these interviews are available on you tube. why? anyone with comon sense would ask that. saying a man is scared to fight you after making excuses about a blood test doesnt really help.

JRosales. Just off the subject but it has been puzzling me for some time. The two pictures of Oscar that you have as your Avatar, seem to ne to have been taken at sifferent times, quite a while, maybe a few years from each other. In the left hand one he's in very good shape, well muscled, slim waist. In the other he's very chubby, fat upper thighs and protruding stomach......Looks like a much later one to me. Which makes his "little habit" not a "sudden impulse".........

I was TALKING about the cramping during the Mosley fight and which The Roach and others in his camp confirmed.

I do think that MannyP is, at last, showing signs of being on the downgrade. We'll know more afte the Marquez fight, although if he himself sees only a couple of fights more in his future, he could be, sub-consciously at least, slacking off a bit.

Pacquiao is barely hof-worthy. Had he fought back in the old day, when there was only one champion, no catch-weights, under the original divisions, using same-day weigh-ins, he would likely only be a 1-2 divisions champ.

The last prime champion Pac fought beat him, and the previous champ who beat Pac wasnt even prime. I dont see nothing there.

There are dozens of great fighters who were very successful going up and fighting as the smaller man..... they did not cherry-pick the easiest champion, fighting old men, manipulating advantages, using catch-weights..... they would fight anyone.

Pacquiao simply will not do that, and according to common-sense, he is likely a steroid cheat as well.

top 3 of ******est things ive ever read in my life. congratulations, you have reached insane new levels of bias and idiocy. i tip my hat to you

And, the ones who were "too small" were not as proven as Pac is at WW.

And, really neither one that you mentioned has been fighting at a high level as consistent as Pac has been recently.

Again hands down this is by far the greatest fighter Floyd has ever fought. Hell Pac is greater than Floyd himself. And, Floyd has been the greatest fighter Pac has fought.

I don't consider Oscar, Hatton or Mosley the best win of Floyd career. Chicanito, Corrales, Castillo wins were much greater. But, a victory over Pac would be the greatest win in Floyd HOF career and vice versa.
The 3 fights you see as Mayweather's greatest are all VERY flawed. I swear to you, although you likely don't remember, that there was always talk amongst the commentators 10 year or MORE back, about Mayweather's BRAINSTRUST, who woould CAREFULLY select an opponent who had flaws that Mayweather could almost certainly take advantage of.

The above 3 for instance. Chicanito, as you call him, was a long time, very much used champion who was OBVIOUSLY cashing out. It was his last fight. It was obvious. And who knows what preliminary symptoms which might have been affecting him even then.

The Corrales fight was an UTTER SHAM and Mayweather should have been ashamed to take advantage of Corrales' messed up life, overweight, no training, sweatbox for 9 weeks, and 2 year jail sentence as well as his family life ruined, all at the same time. That wasn'r Corrales in there, that was a zombie. And we all know it.

As for the Castillo fight, I've said several times that the Brainstrust slipped up a bit for at least 2 fights. One was Emanuel Burton/Augustus, and the other was Castillo, who actually won that fight.

The point is that regardless of the official decisions, these fights were fatally flawed, and should not be the ones chosen as you have done.

As for the Brainstrust thing, Oscar had one also, and it was also talked about. He slipped up too, with Trinidad, a dried out guy, nothing but bones, with already lots of tough fights and 15 defences, with a huge reputation, ready to be taken, as Oscar thought. He went immediately up to 154 and again after 2 quick defences, up to 160. And Mosley. Mosley was also a sort of local area rivalry.

I just don't look at paper results, I look at what's behind them if I can find it.
