This is not true. The OST request didn't stop the fight from happening, manny's refusal to sign the contract because it included random tests without a negotiated cutoff point stopped the fight from happening.

A request is just words on a paper. A man makes his own decisions and is held accountable. Manny decided then and still refuses to sign a contract that has random OST without a cutoff date.

In the end its only about facts and opinions. We all have our opinion of who caused what delays in the fight. The facts we know are floyd requested OST (random tests, no cutoff date) and manny refused to sign contract because of it.

I can see no plausible reason why manny refuses to take random tests or bnegotiates a cutoff date.

floyd as does manny, can ask for anything he wants. As the larger draw, floyd has earned the right to set the fight on his terms, as has been done historically and is done by manny when he is the larger draw. Asking for OST simply is not "wrong".

Rather than take away floyds ability to make requests, which you won't ask for Pac or any other fighter, why not focus on Manny''s decision making ability, which every fighter has to make.

Floyd has been in manny's position and took fights on the larger draws terms. Manny, like him or hate him, should do the same thing.
