A request is just words on a paper. A man makes his own decisions and is held accountable. Manny decided then and still refuses to sign a contract that has random OST without a cutoff date.

i really don't know why you guys never get tired of this crap.
People gonna blame who they like the least. They can make up stuff, over exaggerate it all doesn't matter. The bigger draw, floyd, offered a potential opponent, manny an opportunity to fight. Floyd stated his terms. Manny refused those terms. End of story.

pac made a big mistake in not calling floyd's bluff the first time. i'm absolutely sure floyd would find another excuse to weasel out of the fight like he lost one of his balls or something. look at floyd right now. it's all over the sport's front pages that pac has agreed to take the test, yet he and his fanboys are still making drug testing an issue. they're supposed to celebrate with the thought that their fantasies are about to become reality. you won't believe it's the exact opposite. so...
that will be my last take on this. it will never happen guys.

I can see no plausible reason why manny refuses to take random tests or bnegotiates a cutoff date.
like i said if floyd didnt demand ost then the contract would have been sign and the fight would have been made
floyd as does manny, can ask for anything he wants. As the larger draw, floyd has earned the right to set the fight on his terms, as has been done historically and is done by manny when he is the larger draw. Asking for OST simply is not "wrong".
Rather than take away floyds ability to make requests, which you won't ask for Pac or any other fighter, why not focus on Manny''s decision making ability, which every fighter has to make.
Floyd has been in manny's position and took fights on the larger draws terms. Manny, like him or hate him, should do the same thing.
