Serious question, is Mayweather taking a big risk of getting severely damaged?

To Pac fans, Floyd can take off 3 years, come back, and still be considered a threat to the top contenders in the welter division.

Wha a bunch of ******s. This is probably the easiest fight for Floyd since he fought Gatti.

Ortiz has no defense, his jab is whack and he blocks punches with his face.

Floyd would not have gotten his ass floord by the paper champ Andre Berto, nor would he had been forced to quit by Marcos Maidana.

Every time Ortiz even thinks about throwing a left he is gonna get blasted by a counter right hand. After about 3 rounds he will be scared ****less to even throw a punch and Floyd will completely dismantle him.

Don't get me wrong, I like Ortiz, and you don't turn down this kind of money, but he is tailor made for Floyd and that is the reason he got the call.

Correct me If I'm wrong but If I remember correctly you thought Shane had a good chance to beat Mayweather.

          Or didn't you?

ortiz has no chance, that's why wifebeater took the fight in the first place.

the expectations are too high for floyd in this fight. if a one-dimensional maidana can make ortiz quit, i see no reason why floyd cannot do better.

                May vs Ortiz?

The way I see it, it's Leonard vs Norris, history repeating itself, 20 years later.

You are correct, but what does that have to do with what I said? I thought he was gonna be competitive, but the fact is he was not. I don't get your point, why don't you explain further.

Well, you said it's the first competitive fight Floyd has taken in years. But according to you, just last year he took a competitive fight. No?

Or do you mean literally competitive. I.e For arguments sake, Mayweather dominates Ortiz. Do you consider that to not be competitive? Although you believed it would be competitive?
