Not that they were physically dazed, but they don't know what adjustments FMJ made, why they can't get off, why they can't stop him from hitting them. It's frustrating and disconcerting.

More than any other fighter, I see Floyd's opponents dejected on the stool or being yelled at by their trainers.

Floyd has said it, and Andre Ward quoted Floyd in a recent interview: It doesn't look that hard. "Yeah, he has the record, and he has some speed. But I don't see him being anything special". Then you get in there and it's no fun.

    Pac - Shaq
    Floyd = Akeem/Tim Duncan
How does that ruin fighters? They go on to have good or great wins after, except for the fighters at the end of their careers like Gatti or Mosley. Being dejected during a fight is not the same as ruining a fighter.

I don't think Mayweather has ruined anyone. He has given a fighters confidence a knock.

I mean, theres a few fighters who have had a setback in terms of confidence but physically he hasn't ruined anyone.

I don't think Hopkins has ruined anyone physically either, really.

If you want to look at a fighter physcially ruining a fighter than check out Duran-Moore..

              Now IN RING.....

Floyd ruins guys usaully after the 4th round. They know all hope is lost anmd they will leave the ring with an L. Its an amazing thing to watch a fighter go from gung ho to little boy within 12 minutes.

Only fighters to dominate Malignaggi are Cotto, Hatton, and Khan. Only 3 boxers were able to dominate Malignaggi.
im tired of people making this statement. Malignaggi is who again? what has he done? someone like Hatton is supposed to beat Malinaggi in good fashion which means nothing

                  I saw that interview.

It's true, something left Hatton after that loss. Not everything, but something.

I don't think it's anything physically with Hatton, and I don't think he was 'ruined' per se. But, he wasn't the same.

Hattons whole thing was being undefeated, invincible, unbreakable, unstoppable etc that was his whole mentality. 'no one can beat him'.

Once he was beaten, legitilly and offically. Knocked out none the less. Mentally, it took something from him.

But I don't think he was 'ruined' and I do think he was very very game against Pacquaio and the win was still exceptional.

Abit similar to Sugar Ramos. Ish.

                    That's what I'm talking about.

Physically I don't think Hopkins has ruined anyone.

But you could say he has mentally.
