If the OSDT request was just a way for Mayweather to duck that fight, then why didnt Pac simply call Mayweathers " bluff ", take a harmless little blood test, DESTROY the steroid allegations, and collect his career-best payday..... just like Mosley did, just like Ortiz did, and just like any other clean athlete would?
