So how would Arum propose to have the proper testing done outside of USADA, the agency he believes is biased? All Mayweather wants is proper testing. If testing has to include USADA then Arum is full of **** by creating a roadblock! I used to think Don King was the worst but Arum tops him. Arum is the worst thing to happen to Pac.
