How come Floyd is talking about Manny when he tells everyone the subject is about his fight with Ortiz? Floyd surely is jealous of Manny. Mayweather must be trying hard to get that $100million fight.

The Ortiz fight took 4 minutes to negotiate.
FMj: " Vic, we both need to take random blood tests for this fight "
VO: " No problem, whatever..... "
FMj: " Sweet, lets do it "
Pacquiao is the only fighter in history to walk away from his career-best payday by refusing random blood tests.

I would definitely agree using such drug to suppress your nervous system would be illegal, but not because it would make you stronger per say, but because the effects will only make your hand life span cut short because you would be hindering your ability to detect wear and tear. Definitely could be very dangerous to ones career(user), but to argue that it will give you added power is now reaching which am not implying that that is what your saying.
