Was lennox Lewis the last Great Heavy weight?

He beat alot of great fighters and was in some great fights. I absolutely loved how he beat Vitali when he was well past prime and out of shape.Imagine the kind of beat down the best heavy weight of this boring eastern european heavyweight era would have taken from a prime Lewis? Then there is my personal favourite Tyson. Personally i would say he was the last guy to bring excitement to the division.

prime wlad (which is current) vs. prime lennox would be a tough competitive fight, that could go either way ( i lean towards lennox, but i can see wlad beating him)

Prime Lewis crucifies Prime Vitali in 3 rounds.

Prime Lewis murders Prime Wlad in 2 rounds.

In shape and ready to fight as he had trained to do against Kirk Johnson.

Lennox was older, fatter and fairly fortunate.

If it wasn’t for the fact that half of Vitalis face was hanging off, he would have left with a loss.

              Prime 4 prime, Lennox wins.

lennox was a great champion, but he ended his career with a cowardly move. he wins by default (while losing on all three cards), and then promises a rematch, and then subsequently retires. . .

that really takes away from his career in my opinion. he finally gets a worthy challenger, gets beat up for most of the fight, and then refuses a rematch.

i can't think of another fighter that won by default, while losing on the cards, and never rematched . . . if you can think of one, then please tell me.
